Does Tri Health Australia offer permanent jobs?
Tri Health Australia offer casual employment to its health care professionals as we value our staff
members, work life balance when they are getting the best pay rates in the industry. However, Tri
Health Australia also has permanent employment opportunities within certain areas of the
organization.
How often I get paid & and what will be my pay rates?
You will be paid fortnightly. Based on your profession, experience and the nature of role you are
working within the pay period; your payment may vary.
Does Tri Health Australia provide staffing solutions for long-term and short-term?
Yes indeed, Tri Health Australia offers flexible staffing solutions and employment opportunities
both our staff and our clients.
We provide staffing solutions to our clients as little as minimum of four hours, and long-term
agreements 3 – 6 months.
For our employees, we offer extremely flexible work arrangements based on your needs and family
& psychosocial circumstances. We are a family friendly organization, put your family first without
compromising the quality of service we provide to our clients.
If I’m employed with Tri Health Australia, am I guaranteed to get full time hours & get employment opportunities with same Tri Health Australia Client?
No; there is no guarantee that you get full time hours each fortnight. However, we make every
effort to offer you as much hours as you are legally able to do in a fortnight.
We also aim to maintain consistency with our clients & employees; we make every effort to
consistent staff member and subject to availability of shifts – consistent location of employment.
Is there any obligation to work minimum shifts?
As our employees are employed on a casual basis you are not obligated to work certain number of
shifts a week. However; we value our employees very much and appreciate your commitments.
Does Tri Health Australia provide employee accommodation & transport?
No, Tri Health Australia will not provide accommodation or transport services to its employees.
What are the professional qualification and registration requirements?
In order to apply for jobs, you should have your professional qualification with current registration
with relevant practitioner regulation agency such as AHPRA, AASW.
You also required a current National Police Clarence Certificate, current NDIS Worker Screening
Check & current Working with Children check.
Is there any visa & citizenship requirements to apply for jobs in Tri health Australia?
Yes; Tri Health Australia WILL NOT offer employment to applicants with employment restrictions
imposed on their visa.
Note: If you have employment restrictions on your visa – please do not apply, we screen every
application individually and will reject applications with work/employment restrictions on their visa.
